إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِي ظِلَٰلٖ وَعُيُونٖ
٤١
Verily, the Muttaqun
(pious - see V. 2:2) shall be amidst shades and springs.
(41)
وَفَوَٰكِهَ مِمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ
٤٢
And fruits, such as they desire.
(42)
كُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ هَنِيٓـَٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ
٤٣
"Eat and drink comfortably for that which you used to do.
(43)
إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
٤٤
Verily, thus We reward the Muhsinun
(good-doers).
(44)
وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
٤٥
Woe that Day to the deniers
(of the Day of Resurrection)!
(45)
كُلُواْ وَتَمَتَّعُواْ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكُم مُّجۡرِمُونَ
٤٦
(O you disbelievers)! Eat and enjoy yourselves
(in this worldly life) for a little while. Verily, you are the Mujrimun
(polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.).
(46)
وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
٤٧
Woe that Day to the deniers
(of the Day of Resurrection)!
(47)
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرۡكَعُواْ لَا يَرۡكَعُونَ
٤٨
And when it is said to them: "Bow down yourself
(in prayer)!" They bow not down
(offer not their prayers).
(48)
وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ
٤٩
Woe that Day to the deniers
(of the Day of Resurrection)!
(49)
فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثِۭ بَعۡدَهُۥ يُؤۡمِنُونَ
٥٠
Then in what statement after this
(the Quran) will they believe?
